5 Years Limited Warranty

Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of the railing or fence of the "Nuance Collection" that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period of five (5) years. Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. also warrants to the original purchaser that the finish paint will not crack, chip or peel for a limited period of 5 years. This warranty does not extend to damage other than the normal use to which the railing or fence is intended including negligence, alteration, accident, improper installation, abuse, vandalism or extreme or incidental environmental conditions or act of God.

All claims regarding this warranty must be made in writing to Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. and accurately describe the nature of the damage, including a photograph of the railing or fence and a copy of the original sales contract. Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. reserves the right to inspect the defective part at the Rampesetclôtures.com Inc.’ reserves the right to inspect the defective part at the Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. determine if the claim is valid. Rampesetclôtures.com Inc., at its discretion, may repair or replace the defective part of the railing or fence. However, all costs of uninstalling, transporting and reinstalling the railing or fence are the buyer's sole responsibility. The material must not be returned to the factory without the prior written permission of Rampesetclôtures.com Inc.

This express warranty from Rampesetclôtures.com Inc is the only warranty and recourse against Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. with respect to the railing or fence. NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY SHALL BE EXPRESSLY GIVEN, LEGAL OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MARKET VALUES FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH WILL BE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED HEREIN.

Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. will not be responsible for any collateral, consequential, personal or accessory damage. No person or entity is authorized to change, modify or supplement this warranty and any other written or implied attempt or agreement will be invalidated by Rampesetclôtures.com Inc.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the railing or fence, is not transferable and void unless the enclosed registration form is completed and returned to Rampesetclôtures.com Inc. accompanied with the proof of the date of purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase of the railing or fence. In addition, if the buyer is not a natural person (Company, Corporation or similar), this warranty expires five (5) years after the date of purchase of the railing or closure, notwithstanding any other provision present.
